  • Our founders, Josh & Kelly, are from West Texas and the Texas coast, respectively. They wanted a name that paid homage to their upbringing and the hardworking people who live there. There's something truly special about a salty ocean breeze and a West Texas sunset.

  • Our goal is to build forever homes. We want our homeowners to know that when they decide to sell their home, it'll still be in great condition. Each phase of the construction process is meticulously monitored to ensure the property is being built to a higher standard. Our homes are a labor of love; we pray over our contractors, our vendors, and each of our new homeowners.
